Acceptance Speech

Not feeling great, :(, got the lurgy.... just a quick post with my smile of the day.... following on from Rach I was asked to do an acceptance speech for my 7,000th post.... so here it is...

Happy 7,000 th post......

Oh my, Oh my, I'm sorry, I'm overwhelmed..... This moment is so much bigger than I thought it would be me. This moment is amazing. This moment means so Much.......It's for me and the women that stand beside me, my chocolicious chicks, Rach, Andie, Suzie, Karen, Leigh, Paddy, Alison, Vicky and Joanne. Thank you. I'm so honored. I'm so honored. And I thank UKS for choosing me to be the vessel for which this blessing might flow. Thank you.I want to thank my manager. My laptop, He'e been with me three long years and fought every fight and loved me when I've been up, but more importantly loved me when I've been down, he;s let me spill choc crumbs on him, cry on him.... You have been a manager, a friend, and so much more. Really. And I love you very much. Please dont give up on me nowI want to thank my Mum, My Dad, who's given me the strength to fight every single day, to be who I want to be and given me the courage to dream, that this dream might be happening and possible for me. I love you, all, so much. Thank you. I want to thank my darling husband, who is just a joy of my life, and my girls, Chloe, Lauren and Nicole, thank you for giving me so much love, so much joy, so much happiness. Thank you. I love you with all my heart.I want to thank Elizabeth for letting me know about UKS. And for the forums and for this team and you guys for letting me join. Thank you for believing in me. Girls, you're a genius. You're a genius. This UKS experience was magical for me because of you. You believed in me; you trusted me and you gently guided me to very scary places. I thank you. Thank you for giving me this chance, for believing that I could do it. And now tonight I have. My 7,000th post. Thank you.I want to thank my friends. Thank you. I, I, I, who else? I have so many people that I know I need to thank. My SW teamies, geo-cache teamies, my crop teamies, the Just for fun teamies, any anywhere else I post -- thank you fortalking with me and helping me build up my post count. Okay, wait a minute. I got to take...a minute here!! Ok. I got to take this time. I need to thank lastly and not leastly, I have to thank Scrapdolly for putting me in my very first team and believing in me. Leigh for being the best role model UKS chatter any girl can have. Rach, thank you, for chatting with me, Andie thanks too….. and Suzie…….. and Paddy……….
