More meds.....

Back to the docs today and have got some more antibotics..... but need to wait 24 hours before she has them to get it out the system........ can see another night with no sleep.... she is in pain:(... have been out today and got lots of ice-cream and lollies to try to help..... so fingers crossed x

Poorly Girl :(

Nic's a poorly girl - it started Weds lunchtime, Nic just lay on the sofa feeling very sorry for herself.... she said her head really hurt and so did her heart :( I was a bit worried about the heart bit so made her a Doc appt, we went to the docs this morning and he checked Nic over, we were in there over 25 mins...... phew....... he checked her heart and said it seemed fine and it might be due to her very high temp but to keep an eye on it.... he then checked her ears... pink.. but not too inflammed, in then checked in her mouth and couldnt believe it... she has severe tonsillitius, very very swollen, inflammed and full of puss :( and also very swollen glands and a rash in her mouth (which they think might be glandular fever :(), we got some strong pencillin for her but couldnt get her to keep it down - she was sick straight away - so we went back and changed it for some Cefaclor - managed to get 4ml down her - but tonight she has had an allergic reaction to it :( shes got very red swollen lips, and is covered in Nettle rash :( not good.... so back to the docs in the morning..... ho hum... another sleepness night

April Fools Day ;)

April Fools Day today and it was lunchtime before I realised... so no April Fool pranks here :(

Spent a lovely day today with our friends, Helen, Jessica and Amy. We had lunch, and the girls all played while Helen and I caught up and drank coffee (it has to be done dont you know)... and then we headed to Wilmslow for a girlie shop. We spent nearly an hour in Claires while the girls chose treats.... they had a fab time and then came home to do a makeover.

Magnolia Cards

My new Magnolia Stamps have arrived..... and I have been having a play - have made two birthday cards with them..... am loving them..... :)

Had a lovely weekend, went car hunting on Saturday morning, still not sure what to get, at the car showroom they had an open weekend which was a nice surprise, the girls had their faces painted and we had BBQ lunch..... then we popped to the farm to see the new arrival......... 10 baby ducks... they were very cute.... bit smelly tho :P then back home and round to Sarah and Pete's for tea with the kids.... had a lovely evening... and came home, put the kids to bed and went to bed ourselves..... getting old you know :P

Today have had a nice relaxing day, the girls have had lots of fun playing, we went to the valley and took the dogs for a nice walk... completely wore them out...... ;) and had a nice roast for tea.... diet starts again tomorrow.... after Easter... have been invited to a Fashion Show with clients.... arrggghhhh and need to look good.... :P thats not going to happen :P

Have got a busy week this week... meeting up with lots of friends... chockablock week..... going to go for a swim now.. will try and put some photos on tomorrow for you ;)

Its raining......

Its raining, its pouring, the Old Man is snoring..... well actually NO he's got to work LOL;)

OK.... so who is it that has dumped all their washing at my place..... we cant possibly have this much on our own.... surely....... 6 laundry bags full.... not even half way down the first yet and already on load 3 :(

Seem to be taking 2 steps forward and 3 back at the mo.... keep tidying up and then within minutes the rooms are trashed again.... the fun of school holidays..... I SO wanted to try and get on top of the house this week.... think the only chance of that will be getting a ladder and climbing on the roof.... LMAO.....

Its crop night tonight..... so a little time for me.... although I have nothing packed and no energy to get anything sorted.... ho hum.....

My Tildas came today.... and my they are SOOOO cute... can see lots of cards coming from them... ;) even had a play already... (sshhhhh dont tell ;))....... I LOVE them.....

Right off to get dressed up in our all weather gear - then off to walk the dogs..... fun oh fun x

It snowed....... on Easter Sunday :P

Yes, thats right..... we have had snow.... on Easter Sunday.....

We had snow today to.... LOTS and LOTS well about 2 inches which is lots and lots for here :P..... was up and dressed and at the park by 8.30am... made a snow throne, snowman, had snowball fights, easter egg hunts in the snow... some fab piccies....;) and then came home, changed and dried off and then up to the farm for serious sledging... they had about 4 inches... I feel like Ive walked for miles...... it was fab fun tho ;) C and I went crashing into a fence at one point, laughs all round...... it was brill fun.... when the girls went to bed they said - it was the BEST EASTER EVER.... which completely made my day... especially as I am feeling pants now.... still not recovered from lurgy - 6 weeks tomorrow :( and hence why Ive been such a bad blogger - sorry guys - right off to watch a film and chill to recover... will hopefully have enough energy tomorrow to upload photos.... ;)

Acceptance Speech

Oh my, Oh my, I'm sorry, I'm overwhelmed..... This moment is so much bigger than I thought it would be me. This moment is amazing. This moment means so Much.......It's for me and the women that stand beside me, my chocolicious chicks, Rach, Andie, Suzie, Karen, Leigh, Paddy, Alison, Vicky and Joanne. Thank you. I'm so honored. I'm so honored. And I thank UKS for choosing me to be the vessel for which this blessing might flow. Thank you.I want to thank my manager. My laptop, He'e been with me three long years and fought every fight and loved me when I've been up, but more importantly loved me when I've been down, he;s let me spill choc crumbs on him, cry on him.... You have been a manager, a friend, and so much more. Really. And I love you very much.
