Spoonful of Sugar Challenge 13

This is one of the first challenges I have taken part in..... The challenge was to create a card using the sketch.


I must apologise for the photo, for some reason the right hand side of photo has been cut off - my laptop has died and am having to use the Apple and cant figure out why - only seems to do it on the landscape ones :(

I have used Art from the Heart Citrus Papers for this card. The base is washed orange, then rectangle one is green and yellow stripes and rectangle two is spots with orange stripes... you can see the rectanges more distincly IRL,,,,, The image is Sugar Nellie Sweet Ebony Birdhouse stamp.

Thanks for the challenge - I thoroughly enjoyed doing it :)

My Favorite Sweet and Sassy

Here is a card made using my Sweet Ebony Sweet and Sassy Sugar Nellie stamp. This is definitely my favorite stamp at the moment. I have coloured the image using my promarkers and have stickled bits to give a glittery efffect.

Swinging Tilda

I have made this card using my Magnolia Swing and swinging Tilda stamp. I have attached the swing to the background card with 3d dots and then have attached Tilda to the swing using foam pads to give 3d efffect. I have coloured the image using my promarkers. The flowers were stamped and then cut out and then crumpled to give effect.

I have made this card using my Sweet Ebony Sweet and Sassy stamp. I have coloured the image using my promarkers. The background paper was black and white hand drawn style and I have coloured it to match the image using my promarkers. I think it looks stunning done like this and will have to look out more black and white papers to have a go again. The sentiment has been stamped and attached to a chipboard to match the papers.

Another card using my favorite Sweet Ebony Sweet and Sassy stamp. Have coloured the image using my promarkers and stickles for the glittery bits. Have placed the sentiment which I have stamped and then coloured to match using my promarkers in the centre of the background paper flower.

Chickadee Birdhouse

Have used the Sweet Ebony Birdhouse stamp for this card. Background papers are Crate paper Chickadee papers and although the photo doesnt really show it match perfectly with the image which I have coloured using my promarkers.
