Here is Pirate Nellie....coloured in Derwent water colour.... a simple quick card - well I say quick - as quick as colouring a Nellie can be..... which for me isnt that quick :P

Fave Magnolia Card....

I think this has to be one of my fave cards I have made... it was a Thank you card for the Nursery where DD went - it is sitting Tilda - handcut out - and sat on the bench.....it has cloud background,lots of sparkles, and a cute butterfly and ladybird too :)

Here is the second Magnolia card......

It is Tilda with baby.... made as a christening card for my niece, but I then decided at the last minute to make her a christening card with the Jolees Christening gown I had which was simply divine ....

The card has sparkles in the middle of the flowers..... and I stickled the gown of the baby too :)

Here is the first Magnolia card ..... it is Tilda on a horse, coloured using derwent watercolours, stickles to make it sparkles in places..... and DCWV background papers, I found these papers really hard to work with as they are SO busy.......

She has returned :)

Yes, I have returned, a very long absence with no internet so no blogging.... couldnt face blogging using my phone....... BUT I am here now..... hurrah.................. I have been busy making cards..... and have a few to post on here for you all :).......

My 1st Tilda Challenge

When I was blog hopping the other night I came across the Tilda Challenge Blog http://magnoliachallengeblog.blogspot.com/ so thought I would join in this weeks challenge. It was lots of fun, I really enjoyed it and will definitely be joining in again :) Might also have a search for some similar card making challenge blogs ;) so if anyone know of any please letme have a link ;)

The challenge for this week was to do 'stitching' on your card. I made a birthday card and hand stitched the writing on the card.... it took a while... also stitched around the edges too... Hope you like it :)

More snow....

Yes, we've had more snow.... quite bizarre tho.... lots of snow on the trees, grass, roofs and cars but none on the road or pavement ;) It looked very pretty :)

Nic seems better today and ate some roast for tea..... so hopefully we have now turned a corner and she is on the road to recovery.... :)
